Matured like the wines from the Marco de Jerez, in barrels of American oak according to the traditional Solera system of Jerez and Sanlúcar, called "Criaderas y Soleras". Extremely sweet, dark and golden colour, with the aroma of raisins. Ideal to accompany desserts and cakes.

Made from Palomino grapes. At first, matured underneath a layer of leavening, called "velo de flor". Then, matured in a second maturation process in barrels of american oak according to the traditional Solera system of Jerez and Sanlúcar, called "Criaderas y Soleras". Dry, aromatic, intensive and fully flavoured. Ideal to accompany appetizers and dried fruit as well as any kind of meat.

Matured like the wines from the Marco de Jerez, in barrels of american oak according to the traditional Solera system of Jerez and Sanlúcar, called "Criaderas y Soleras". Sweet, and full flavoured. Appropriate for dry appetizers as well as any kind of dessert.
